YH80010S Anti-S•tag Mouse Monoclonal Antibody

S•Tag sequence is a novel fusion peptide tag for recombinant proteins that allows detection by a rapid, sensitive homogeneous assay or by colorimetric detection in Western blots. Proteins can also be rapidly purified from crude extracts using a one step affinity separation method.

This monoclonal antibody was raised by immunizing mouse with the peptide of epitope "CKETAAAKFERQHMDS" conjugated to carrier protein.

Western Blot analysis (WB): 1,000 ~ 9,000 dilution

ELISA: 2,000 ~ 20,000 dilution

IP: 500 ~ 1,000 dilution

Protein A affinity purified antibodies (containing 50% glycerol)
