Buffer for preparing solutions of PKH series membrane dyes. The buffer does not require preliminary dilution and is completely ready for use. This dilution buffer is included in ready-to-use kits for labeling cell membranes with PKH2, PKH26, and PKH800 dyes. PKH Dyes Diluent is supplied as a set of five sterile containers each containing 10 mL of 1× diluent.
It is recommended to store PKH Dyes Diluent in the refrigerator and bring to room temperature immediately before use.

  • Storage conditions: Store at 4 °С. Warm to RT before use. Transportation: at room temperature for up to 3 weeks.
